"Very disappointing, no response for weeks. Over a month ago, we contacted Die Berater because our Merchant Center account was suspended, and we wanted to launch a Google Ads campaign. The managing director assured us in writing that he would look into the situation and provide a quote. Since then: radio silence. Despite multiple inquiries by email and phone, there has been no response whatsoever.
