There is no permanent service for troubleshooting, or you can only report it to the answering machine and nothing is solved until the start of their working hours. There is also a problem when switching to Markíza, when you already have the image, but the sound starts after a few seconds. When rewinding a program watched from a recording, it often repeatedly jumps to a completely different program."
