"It's always a shame to give a negative review to colleagues in the industry, but in this case I even waited to consult with other professionals, perhaps more skilled or perhaps less overworked, and I was assured that the social media campaign I managed with "Big" was poorly planned and executed without the necessary precautions. I had specifically asked before starting whether I would receive advice on interventions outside of the advertising campaign (essential in hindsight, see the blog update and more), but the promise was not followed up with action. €1,500 + VAT + Facebook budget for four actual weeks of "testing" and a sale worth a few dozen euros seems incredibly low, even with all the necessary mitigating factors, including incredibly long replies that meant weeks went by between emails (but the month wasn't suspended, and in fact I paid everything in full). For me, that's not the case; I understand I was a small client, but it would have been better to do nothing in the first place. [Update: There was no discussion because there's little to explain or insist on to those who pretend not to understand, even after several WhatsApp messages. I've written down my thoughts in black and white, and I believe there are few misunderstandings. Furthermore, I don't see any answers to the points raised. As for the wait, it's simply due to the need to hear from other people equally specialized in social media marketing before expressing an opinion, which further supports my assertions. There will be satisfied customers with your services, I don't doubt that. I'm not, and I'm expressing this in a balanced and transparent manner. Next time, if you're too busy and see no chance of success, forget it and avoid making a bad impression.]"
