"Do NOT do business with this company. We have been a loyal BigCommerce customer for years and were recently informed that our price was going to jumping from $750/month to $1350/month. We were also told that our billing cycle would change from monthly to annual and would be charged $16200 up front. What a joke. They are in their legal right to increase the price, but this drastic of a change is not how your keep your current customers happy or earn new ones. If you are considering using BigCommerce, please do NOT."

"The customer service deserves five stars, but the platform itself merits only three. Like many services today, it requires purchasing additional apps for essential functions, such as tracking repeat customers. Manual orders and handling address updates is cumbersome since it adds a new address with every order and there's no reorder feature for when a customer places in order again. There are several quirks and unnecessary complexities for a company of this size. I faced a billing issue, The billing department didn't get back to me for three of months after about six attempts. Then they didn't do the right thing and made false claims. I recommend promptly disputing such issues with your credit card company to avoid an ability to create disputes with your credit card company. That experience left a negative impression. Despite these challenges, Unfortunately, it is true that when a negative experience happens, it can really taint ones impression of a company and prompt action to review.I must emphasize that the standout aspect of my experience has been the exceptional customer service provided by Big Commerce. While there is room for improvement, I believe they have the potential to better cater to small businesses in the future."

"I have a business website that we use BigCommerce for hosting, and we've been with them for many years. Today, I couldn't access my website and I gave them a call. I spoke to Mr. Alex and Joseph in Account Services department. They said there's a system error in their Billing department and they didn't bill me for 9 months, so now they expect me to pay a huge invoice that accumulated for 9 months to reactivate my account. I was surprised by the invoice because I thought they withdrew our fund automatically every month. So i asked them maybe give us a payment option to pay the invoice, and they said I must pay everything in full in order to reactivate my website. I'm losing business everyday because of their error and this is not right. I'll take legal action against this company if they don't resolve it in timely matter. I will also take my business else where and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their service."
