"They are normally great. I had to call them at my appointment time because I did not receive the 2 minute prior call. Supposedly they called twice. I did not get not one call from them. I asked if this happens again can I call instead to ensure I get the help I need in case it is a technology issue. I was told no because they have 5 minute in between patients and I was late for my appointment even though I called the same time of the appointment. I do not recommend this place. Now to find a Doctor's office that actually wants to help and get paid for it. "We can't do this" should be the motto."
