"Since my previous web developers were unable to continue their work, my application was to be transferred to Blackbit. In June, we had a detailed initial meeting, including a preliminary cost estimate. It then took three months before a concrete offer was presented. Since there was no immediate time pressure, this wasn't a problem for me. However, it became a problem when the offer was three times higher than the original estimate – roughly €7,000 more than initially projected.
