"I would give 0 if I can. I have been waiting for 7 months for my deposit. I know they legally have one year, but the way I have been treated by the employees is ridiculous. I had one statement from Florian De Paulo who literally told me he doesnt care that he owes me money and that it is not his problem. This review is not so much about the length of wait anymore for the deposit but more about the rudeness of most of their employees. Once you signed your contract, they have your money and will no longer be helpful for anything. DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY!!!! Stay away. Plenty of other agencies to choose from."
"I am aware of the rather improvable ratings here. But I can only speak of my own experience. I rented a small apartment with them recently and everything went very smoothly and fast. Most of the communication was done via email and they were very responsive. I got all the information needed and guidance with the paperwork. I went to their office (Pully) to let them check if I had everything filled in correctly. I met two people there who were very kind and nice and we went through my questions. Other things, like for example letterbox name plates, were automatically ordered by them and sent to me. They were also very flexible when I had to reschedule the time of the handover meeting. So far I cannot complain at all. It was very professional how they handled my case."
"CLIENTS SHOULD NOTE THE ABYSMAL RATING... AND STEER CLEAR. OVER 100 1-star feedbacks cant be wrong. "Etat des lieux de sortie" was a joke. Two broken electric VELUX screens (needed to be fully replaced), 3 holes in the parquet (caused by falling objects) and scratches caused by a big dog. Now I'm a reasonable person and expected some compensation from the garantie. My replacement expenses and re-sanding of the parquet were 6500 CHF, and the geniuses at Gerofinance offered me 95 CHF. I enjoyed writing the last email, telling them they can keep the garantie :) Learning 1) the garantie is no garantie if the company are unprofessional. Learning 2) go with a smaller, more attentive agent that considers you a landlord and not a number"
"Woman at the welcome desk is very nice and helpful. Thank you! I am editing my comment to give a picture of their ppe administration, which is quite very bad…we are with them for a couple of years….they just seems like amateurs…not like professionals. Communication is bad..and they are a real paper factory unable to use email (or computers..why not write the pv directly on a computer during the meeting? And send it by email the next day??). Not efficient in so many ways."
"I am sorry for the people who needs to contact them, they are very rude. If there is a problem with your place they just don't care. Save your time and life, never make a contact with them. I am renting a place in Lausanne and I just can not believe that. how much sb can be irresponsible. They just ask you for money and they do nothing in return. We can call them theif."
