"On Saturday January 31st I made a deal with the Surprise Blue compass to buy a used Genesis 24RBS which was at the Mesa store. I received a signed buyer agreement by the GM agreeing to the deal. I went to Mesa to view the unit and then on my way to the Surprise store, the Surprise GM Anthony tells me he has to back out of the deal as his boss said no. Keep in mind this was after taking my $1000 deposit and agreeing to the deal. I raised hell and was told the Mesa store would honor it. So I drove all the way back to Mesa and they begrudgingly made the deal. Fast forward to today, February 9. I show up to do my inspection of the new unit and bring my trade in. They give me a quick walkthrough and the tech glosses over everything. I did my own inspection and came to find out that the AC unit made a loud screech when turning off, there were gaping holes in the roof sealant (attached photo), fixtures were leaking water inside, and best of all, there was a leak in the freshwater tank that was very apparent and dripping water on the ground (attached photo). I talked to Tyler about my issues with paying $700 for a PDI that wasn’t done. The unit was hardly cleaned and I found so many items broken. Tyler played middle man between me and the GM, Matt. I expressed my concerns to Matt and he indicated they were only doing this deal because they were forced to. I asked Matt to drop the PDI and he said he couldn’t and that they were “losing thousands”. What I came to realize is Matt and Blue Compass Mesa didn’t like the money they were making on the deal, so they ignored all these issues on the PDI in an effort to force me to back out of the deal. Folks, I was shown what they paid for this 2019 Genesis Supreme 24RBS. They paid under 10k for it on trade. All in, had they agreed to my terms the dealership stood to make at least $5000 in profit. This isn’t enough for Blue Compass apparently. They make their money on deceptive sales tactics and false promises. If you have a similar story, please file a consumer complaint with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. There is an easy submission form. Don’t be a victim!!"
"think this may be the first one star review I’ve ever posted on a company! And I wanna say that the sales staff at Blue Compass was excellent- shamar and Winston! but the back office support and administration is abysmal, as bad as I’ve ever seen! I gave them my three year-old Airstream, with a clear title and a bank lien release letter over two weeks ago and have not received my payment! I even was patient for a week and followed up with Julia Who said she handled all aspects of my purchase to be told that she does not cut the checks? On Tuesday, three days ago, I received a call from the finance department from Jami, who said my check was going out via FedEx -today still no check I called and was texted back that my title had a lien on it! I have provided copies of the clear lien release from the bank to the sales team AND the purchase team over two weeks ago, At this point, it’s my firm belief that they are either completely incompetent or intentionally withholding my money to continue to make the float on $77,000. Regardless of whether or not this is cleared up quickly or slowly at this point, it just goes to show you they were extremely fast to take my money when I just bought a brand new Airstream three weeks ago, and extremely SLOW to pay me. Beware when dealing with them"
"We are frustrated to the max. On May 8th of 2025 we purchased an Entegra 27ase, as we are planning to celebrate a completion of my chemotherapy treatment. We thought, this new RV will keep us focused on looking forward to the future….. what a nightmare. We purchased the extended warranty on their program “ RV complete “ almost $10.000 dollars as we were told it would give us peace of mind for the next 5 years on top of the year warranty of the coach. The website does not prompt the correct information since day one , we still can’t used the program we paid for. The sale representative that handled our business was very nice, but somehow they dropped the ball and 3 months later and many calls, we’re still dealing with this situation. The website doesn’t show the purchased services we are paying for. It is frustrating, that no one seams to be capable to fix the information and provide us with the services we were sold. We are beyond disappointed with the company. We are trying to contact Mr Peter Beckingham as he was the person that sold us the rv, and he specifically told us to get in touch with him if we had any problems, unfortunately we can’t obtain his contact information. Our pride and joy RV, has become our nightmare from hell. I only hope that, someone with the courage and capacity to fix our dilemma reads this review and contacts us with a resolution."

"absolutely horrid! bought a brand new 2025 jayco pinnacle from blue compass. had damage on it when i purchased it... took them 4 months to fix an awning scuff and then when i got the unit back, and went to use it the awnings no longer work. no accountability, tries to brush it off, won't help or fix. they directed me to use a third party company repair company and for me to pay for it. it is extremely hot and i have little kids, can not be outside now, the entire trip is ruined and the response from this location is absent. stay far away. if you are thinking about buying or getting service done here... trust me... please... just dont... go somewhere far away from here!!!!"
