"I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by BM Consulting for Amazon campaign management. From the beginning, there was no visible strategy, growth plan, or structured execution. Instead of improving sales, it became difficult even to maintain the existing sales volume. Forget about scaling — the team could not sustain the baseline performance of my account. Within just two months of handling my campaigns: Sales dropped significantly. Campaign optimization was poorly managed. No proactive communication or corrective strategy was provided. My Amazon account was left with a negative balance of ₹20,000. The most concerning issue was the lack of experienced oversight. Most of the workload was assigned to freshers with minimal understanding of Amazon advertising dynamics. Senior members were largely absent from strategic guidance and growth planning. There was no ownership, accountability, or performance tracking. Instead of driving growth, their management resulted in financial loss and damage to account momentum.
