"I called Ben and being that I am an entertainer he thought his service wouldn't be a great fit for my business- but offered to look over my website and chat with me for 30 minutes- well that 30 minutes turned into an hour and he went through and showed me all the issues my website had that I was not aware of, and most of it was so simple I could tweak it myself, (he also sent me a video copy of what he spoke about) as a result of his advice I have now turned a dying business into a profitable one. I am no longer on blood pressure tablets because the website is working- I can only imagine how great it would be if he did all the work on the site- if ben is available to set up your website- do it he spent an hour and a few extra emails with me- knowing full well I wasn't a customer but did it because he has a passion for it- you can just tell he loves it.
