"This is awful company. You can’t contact them as they don’t have a functioning phone number or email. This carrie clearly doesn’t care about customer service. We received our package late and when it was delivered the bag had been opened and all the boxes inside had been opened and crudely re taped.I called Amazon after trying to reach out to Bonshaw and reading the other bad reviews on Google. I questioned why they would use such a garbage company to deliver their products. I wish nothing good for this company and I hope the owners lose everything and end up living under the Harbour station bridge."
"If I could give less than 1 star I would. We order from Amazon not often but any time we do, they seem to send BNI to deliver and EVERY single time I get an email saying undeliverable. They try delivering to an address in Rothesay NB, my shipping address is very clear and in Saint John. Do better BNI"
"They delivered a package containing batteries to a small unmanned and obvious vacant bldg on the military base in Greenwood that was not the listed address on the label. Parcel was soaking wet and waterlogged. Not the first time. If I could submit this with no stars indicated than I would have however no stars given as this was just laziness and total lack of customer service."
"Terrible...! Delivery driver on two seperate orders claimed "attempted delivery" yet security cameras and us being out in the yard all day say differently. Then the pickup location is open a few days a week until 3pm so you have to take time off work pay parking, gas, time to pick up an order you PAID to have shipped to your door because the driver refused to do his/her job. The contact info for amazon is a sham leads to a 3rd party tracking site finding the pickup point itself was a feat in itself only possible because of the plethora of other dissatisfied clients on FB. Our delivery driver in town was great and had a great work ethic this one is abysmal and impossible to reach out and tell the company other than online trustpilot, yelp, youtube, google. So be it"
"Driver drops multiple parcels in lobby of the post office for anyone to take. Amazon should be ashamed of using this courier!!!"
