"This was, without exaggeration, one of the poorest social media ad management services I have experienced, particularly from Josephine, who was assigned as our ad manager. The work lacked both strategic thinking and technical depth. Campaigns were set up with minimal structure, broad and unfocused targeting, and no clear funnel logic. There was little to no evidence of proper testing, optimisation frameworks, or performance-driven decision-making. Most actions felt automated or templated rather than actively managed. Optimisations were rare and superficial, and performance issues were not addressed until they were explicitly pointed out. Even then, responses were slow and often resulted in minor tweaks rather than meaningful improvements. Reporting added little value, offering basic metrics without analysis, accountability, or clear next steps. What was most frustrating was the lack of ownership. Despite being positioned as a dedicated social media ad manager, Josephine’s involvement felt passive and disengaged, as if the account was just another task in a long agency queue. Strategic input, initiative, and proactive communication were largely absent. Overall, the service fell far below what should be expected from a professional ad manager within an agency environment. I would not recommend working with Josephine if you are looking for competent, performance-focused social media advertising management."
