"Best location for second hand games in Kowloon. Go up the old escalators, and you will be greeted by a very large store front wrapping the corners at the top of the escalators. I spent 90 min going through the vast volumes of bins of 2nd hand games. By far the most Switch games out of any store I have found in Hong Kong. I believe the store is called Mui Jeh Shop but there was no other distinguishable sign. Managed by two ladies there are two counters and games and consoles behind glass cases galore. They buy and sell used games as well as new. In addition, the signs indicate you can preorder new. A lot of stock in local Asian and Japanese versioned games. Some used ersb and pegi. Highly recommend checking it out just to go through 2nd hand as you will find some gems. Prices are not consistent so if you find a game you want, check the bins as you may find a cheaper priced game box. Edit: came back the next day because I managed to find the Gear 5 Luffy my son has been chasing since a figurarts issued it. The shop in the back (55) owns all the gunpla, anime and collectibles. Just ask him for anything you want in the plexiglass displays. He also sells games and retro items. Def worth a visit and you can get some stink tofu along the way on Dundas St."

"Its not much there compare to my days in early 2000 when knock off VCD, DVD, and video games was it’s peak. Now, are all claw machines and PS 5/4 and Switch games. Can’t even find any retros."
