"I think this could be a 5 star company, however, I am a disgruntled client. I transitioned my company to Brivity a few months ago. Since that transition, we receive an influx of leads OUTSIDE of our service area (We're based in NJ and we're getting leads from MD, VA, DC, DE), and very few leads from our market. We appear #2 on Google (outside of our area), but do not appear on any Google pages within our service area (even when I type in our office listing addresses). I have been in contact with our success manager, the support team, the IDX team and the website team. Outside of our success manager explaining that Brivity's SEO is more robust than my last provider and that I should write blogs, there's no other answer to this problem that we are having. It's frustrating because we spend a lot of time fielding calls and emails in areas we don't service. How great would this be if the calls/emails were in our service area??? I'd certainly give Brivity 5 stars."
