"Location is great, easy access to the beach. Great water park and pools for the kids who had a blast. Family friendly, lots of activities. The apartment was well kept and had everything we needed. Our only issue was roaches in the bathroom in the mornings when waking up , which is more of a whole resort issues not so much the unit. We would come back again."

Very clean and well kept. The host is easy to contact when you have questions, with a timely response. Perfect resort for families with kids. We will definitely book here again in the future!"

"PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! We recently booked a condo through Booking.com that was managed by MyBeach Vacation Rentals. They do NOT take your concerns seriously. We were excited for our weekend stay at the beach. When we arrived I received several emails from MyBeach Vacation Rentals asking if we accessed the room okay, and if we had any concerns. TWO emails shortly after check in requested to “keep the towels and linens stain free from make up and sunscreen.” We are at the beach… and I don’t even feel like I can use a towel?!? The bathroom door was scraped and paint was flaking off terribly. There were red scuffs on the walls. Cabinet doors weren’t hanging correctly. One of the bedrooms had a stained comforter and oddly enough the bedroom light wouldn’t turn on…. Coincidence??? But the biggest issue we had was there was BLACK MOLD around the two AC vents. We photographed and videoed the property because we didn’t want to be charged for the damages that were already there. (Prior to check in, I had to provide a nonrefundable $35 security deposit or a $1000 hold on my bank account.) However, after seeing the mold we decided not to stay. I had a young toddler and two grandparents staying with me. It simply was not worth the risk. We relocated immediately that night. After daily calls, emails, and being strung along by MyBeach Vacation Rentals we reached out to Booking.com to get them involved in the matter. Money was finally refunded."

"Wonderful family vacation! Location of condo is fantastic with full ocean view, and the amenities at the resort are fun and family friendly. Our 1 year old grandchild loved watching all the water dumping from buckets and fountains in the baby/kids pool. The adults loved the water slide, daily entertainment, food and bar on site. We had a great, laid back vacation!!"
