"Lived there for about a year and moved out as soon as possible as my lease ended. I've experienced nothing but problems living there and Amanda just added on top of it. If fact she was the problem as to why I kept having them. She seemed to always have an attitude with me and when ever I had a problem she would act extremely passive aggressive towards me and be condescending including even speak this way to me through emails and constant threats because I was having troubles with the rent paying app (which is a problem within itself) every time the payment wouldn't go through it just took my money so I would have to end up paying another extra $1,175.14 and have to pay the $20 fee because of it's sketchy rules and regulations of using a debit card then would get a threatening email from Amanda about getting all my stuff thrown out because the "app" wasn't doing what it was supposed to do, then have her tell me she had to pay the $20 on 3 separate occasions for something that wasn't even my fault. She actually told (me) to pay her the $20 because she thought she deserved it some how. Of course I did not because why would I? It's the app, she should take it up with them. Then another time of when my other car broke down I was very poor at the time and she knew this, I was trying to get it up and running. She threatened to call the cops on me and tow away my car and literally said to me 'I hope you have $400.' then walked away and did all this while I could barley get up because I was still recovering from my surgery. Had constant problems with my sink, my closet door, and front door. The only good thing about those apartments was Mars that came into fix my sink every time it failed on me. Thank you for your help. It seems to me that Amanda only gets along with tendants she "likes". Looking at all the other bad reviews about her and my own experiences with her, anything that came out of her mouth was nothing more than a back handed comment. I feel taken advantage of by her with her knowing how inexperienced with renting I was and she felt the go ahead and manipulated me into thinking I was the problem, especially when I was getting all my papers in order to give to her before I moved in with her calling me multiple times in a day and (yelling) at me over the phone because I was having problems getting my bank statements from my bank because I wasn't "taking advantage of this opportunity on a good deal and these units go fast" and because I wasn't getting everything done fast enough. The only reason they go fast is because she sweet talks potential renters into getting it quickly then they realize they're stuck there for a year then leave immediately. When I moved out I saw that she was gone and hopefully was replaced by Hannah which is the opposite of what Amanda is. Hannah was very kind, patient, and understanding. Overall bad experience, terrible manager, god awful rent paying app and awful way of getting into the building with only your phone so if it dies you're screwed until someone passes by and let's you in that lives there and homeless people hanging outside the place and even inside the halls. Live somewhere else if you can, because this place isn't worth it. If I could give zero starts I would."
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 stars — for Hannah!) I’ve lived at Peak View Apartments for a while now, and I have to say that Hannah, the previous property manager, has been absolutely top-notch. Every time I’ve needed help or had a concern, she’s been professional, kind, and genuinely cares about the residents. When the new manager took over, my experience wasn’t the same. Unfortunately, I found my interaction with her to be quite rude, which honestly made me start looking for a new place to live. But then Hannah came back temporarily to cover for a week — and after speaking with her, I was reminded why I loved living here in the first place. She took the time to listen, helped me with what I needed, and made me feel valued as a resident. It’s disheartening that she isn’t here full-time anymore, but I’m incredibly grateful for the difference she continues to make, even when she’s just helping out. Peak View is lucky to have someone like Hannah on their team. Now can we please have her back? I just met the new manager Cindy and she seems to be a nice person and I had never met her to say she was rude and I made a mistake thinking it was the new manager when talking on the phone."
"Hannah has been absolutely amazing, she made me want to move in immediately due to her caring nature and kindness. The other manager who has been new this week has been very rude, is very hard to get in contact with, didn’t provide the correct paperwork and didn’t contact me when paperwork was done to complete the move in process. Please bring Hannah back full time! I would feel much better about staying here if she remains in office."
"I has been living here for the last 10 months and I’m so appreciative of mars work ethic and manners She is a wonderful person👍💯"
"I’ve had the best experience living at Peak View Apartments! The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location—but what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Hannah, the property manager, is always professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of. Whether it’s a question about leasing or help with a concern, Hannah handles everything with care and efficiency. Mars, the maintenance supervisor, is just as impressive. Any maintenance issues are addressed quickly, and Mars is not only skilled but also friendly and respectful when working in your unit. It’s clear she takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, Peak View feels like a well-run community where the staff truly cares. Highly recommend!"
