"They need to make innovations inside rooms full of moulds and the washroom mirrors cant be clesned well to shine they have patches. Also how can a full tower have such a trust bit at the main serface of the bhilding that is veey dirty and also not opening if you stwp on it you have to touch it with your hand to open and throw trash inside. Very anoying. Only elevators i like they are instant"

"This bldng n flats hav lived their life . All t cement is fallin off the walls . Thers is mould in t roof wherver thers water leaking . Their borders from the walls are coming off n are place of cockroaches . Their duct has insects which keep coming . U cant open balcony , random mosquitoes , flies , ( dangeorus ) keep thrashing you . Bldng maintinenece has been reduced to zero . After covid , i never saw smbdy cleaning t building glasses . Their garbage chute system isnt working foe 2-3 months now . Their maintenace has been reduced to zero and will nt chnge t lights which stops workin on their own . Their sewar smells bad most of the time at t entrance . 😂 managmnt said tey will increase Rent this october !!!! Resident Today on 22 oct ,24, their bathroom faucet is splashing n u cant use bathroom . N they say u have to buy and then we will see . Same goes for kitchen lights , they dodnt change for 2-3 months . I had to work without / dim lights for 2-3 months . Pathetic !!! Building !!"

"Reality Management are not good at all .. so u will be dealing with people that will give u hard time Cleaning is good But size of the units r tight and small . Not worth the rent value.. Emicool on the other hand will charge u 3900 aed per year without using the AC and of course their bill is higher than dewa .. they will even charge u 40 aed for submitting a bill.. stealing people in decent way .. The worse part that whatever u write in the contract won't be applied 100% as management will alter it later on .. plus from 4 pm till 6 pm the screaming of kids is toooo high and nothing u can do about .. so it ain't a good choice to live in.. 2 bhk unit, u get 1 parking and second parking 3000aed per year.. that is stupid .. yet ur security deposit will never come back even if u made full maintenance for the flat .."

"I am extremely disappointed with the management of Najma tower .After moving out and completing all the required steps, including leaving the apartment in good condition, I have yet to receive my security deposit. Despite multiple follow-ups and requests, there has been no resolution or clear communication regarding when or if I will receive my deposit back. This lack of transparency and responsibility reflects poorly on the management team, and I would advise anyone considering renting from this property to be cautious. The deposit return process should be straightforward and fair, but my experience has been frustrating and unsatisfactory."
