"I'm writing a review here because I'm trying to get in contact with management who is responsible for Metro on Granby apartments and I'm under the idea this is the company. I have encountered several problems related to maintenance issues at my apartment and none have been resolved. I have left this write up on their review page via google: From my own experience, the front office personnel and maintenance team are very dishonest with how they conduct business. I have lived in many apartments in five states and this is the worst management because they do not complete any maintenance requests and refuse to apologize and take any ownership when I confront them. I have attached photos to support my narrative. My bathtub leaks water under the floor down to the apartment below me; maintenance cut a huge hole in my wall, did a poor job of patching, and they did not paint the original color back. This was last summer and the excuse is they have no paint but that's not true because there's a ton of it in their paint closet. My bathtub water continues to leak down to the apartment below me and the front office told me that I need to take "light showers" until they hire a plumber and this has been an ongoing matter for eight months. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests via online system but all get deleted by the front office because they tell me that I can't submit another maintenance request on the same issue if they have already closed it out, even if the issue hasn't been fixed. I have a broken dryer for over a week and received a note stating that they need to buy a new dryer; however - they have extra washers, dryers, and refrigerators in their storage. The front office refuses to provide more information in regards to when a new dryer will be ordered, how long it will take to arrive, and the expected timeframe this project will be completed. Again, this is the maintenance team who never completes a task submitted and the front office never owns up to it. Also me and my neighbors look out for each other and I have been told several times that the front office and maintenance team go into my apartment without telling me and I have contacted the front office about this but they always deny it; this often happens when they see me walking out of the building. The neighbor who used to live next door to me shared she went through the same experience with the front office and maintenance team. Stating she had problems with both her washer/dryer not working for weeks so she had to go to the laundry mat; and when her refrigerator broke, maintenance took the fridge from my apartment because it was not occupied and replaced it in her apartment. I'm truly baffled by my experience with the front office and maintenance team because there's no excuse to why business is being conducted this way. I have previously asked to talk with the management team above their office and they just forward me to another front office at a different apartment location and my complaints have never been resolved. I'm writing my review for current residents and to warn off others who are considering living here. Perhaps my experience will be shared with a higher management authority and my concerns will be properly addressed."
"I was just notified by a note on my door that S.L Nausbaum is the new management company for West Wind in Charleston SC. Although I was hoping either Greystar or Equity would assume management I have some hope in the new management company. I'm hoping that the new management will actually take an interest in the property. I'm hoping that after months of open and closed work orders that my bathroom exhaust fan will work. I'm hoping that after a month my garbage disposal will work. I'm hoping that after several months that a pothole in the driveway will be fixed so that when someone is out running in the early morning they don't fall in it and have to call one of the numerous Personal Injury Attorneys in the Charleston area. I hope S.L. Nausbaum is better then Willowbridge!!!"
"I moved into Largo Landing Fellowship House in July 2018. Everyone is friendly, including, the office staff, security guards, and residents. The maintenance staff is awesome. Anything I need fixed in my apartment is resolved quickly. Largo Landing is a relax atmosphere for me. I love playing pool, listening to music in the common area and just shooting the breeze with my neighbors. The landscaping is ALWAYS maintained and building, both inside and out, is ALWAY kept clean. I am happy to call this place my home -- proud to have my family and friends come to visit me."

"I wanted to have a good experience with this company regardless of if I was approved. I originally applied because I was told that they work with people who have previously filed chapter 7 (this is something I ask before inquiring to any apartment). They informed me that there would be no issues. I even sent my paper work so that they could have it in advance. I applied to 2 of their properties. The first time I felt that the leasing agent was rude so I withdrew my application. The next property of there’s that I applied to there was a lot of back and forth. I was finally informed that I was denied due to my chapter 7. I find that strange when I was informed that it was fine. Especially when other properties of yours are okay with it. I have yet to receive any information regarding my deposits. I’ve reached out to corporate 3 times no one has reached out to me. I would like my deposits back please and thank you."
