"I had a terrible experience with Jarrod. He firstly didnt listen to what it was that I needed help with in my business and how I could use his services to my advantage. He made many promises that he was going to bring me new clients and many new prospects to my business, only for me to have regular and returning clients be the only ones who actually had made a booking. His systems failed to realise this, which meant that I was giving away extremely discounted services (as per his advice) to clients that we're already long term clients of ours. I had many meetings and gave him many chances. He ran many different meta Campaigns which all failed in the end. And even set up a chat bot which continually contacted clients who had initially responded to the terrible ads he had put up. These bots sent messages to these clients of mine over and over again if they did not respond in a certain time period. Which in the end caused even more of an issue as I had clients extremely upset and frustrated with this bot that I had no control over. I ended my contract with Jarrod even after many different attempts to hopefully maybe get a good result. However, it ended up being an extremely expensive failure to my company. Jarrod had promised not just meta Campaigns, but help with email and google ads also. However, none of the others had even eventuated, even though he had told me he had began the process. Then toward the end of the contract being terminated by myself, he backtracked and said that was not what we had discussed. To me, I believe he is a con man. He will promise you the world and not deliver. He will take a long time to respond at times, and his responses will be extremely poor, lacking depth and understanding. I highly DO NOT recommend Jarrod & Business Warriors. Especially if you do not live in the Perth area. I live in NSW and he had no idea of what the demographic is here which must made his services even worse. Avoid at all costs."
