"The issue that I have with this company is the Customer Service. I have been working with this company for months and the one thing that is consistent is that the service is less than desirable. Every time that I call in I get routed to a voicemail. Every time I click on a customer support link, no one responds. Emails go unanswered. I can only speak with my account rep once a month and they have to contact me. Who is in charge here?"
