"Dreadfully Unprofessional business to work with. For starters, getting anyone on the phone from CSquared takes a small miracle. I used them for hosting my company website, and several times during their hosting either the web links were broken, or the lead form on the website was un-operational and broken resulting in who knows how much lost business. After weeks of trying to get a hold of anyone via email or phone, I finally was able to relay the dilemma, which they advised me would be handled. Weeks passed and after regular attempts at communication and solution, they finally admitted defeat, and refunded me for the months paid for website hosting while it was down, and lead form wasn't working. I have since moved on to another company to host my website. Only to find out that Csquared began billing me again, 3 months later, unauthorized and without actually providing any service to me. Now I have had to cancel a card and pursue fraudulence because of this. I attempted calling them, but they don't answer any of the phone numbers they provide, including the ones attached to all of their emails. I've had to yet again email them, which they move at a snails pace to respond to. If you are looking for a company to help build, design and host a website, I highly advise against this comical lot of unorganized, unprofessional, unreachable, and most of all unethical scammers."
