"Kuşcağız Family Life Center This is a great social and cultural service the municipality provides to our community. I consider it an even greater service to have an administrative manager who truly fulfills the responsibilities of his job at the helm of such a large complex. Every morning, the Chief conducts a parking tour of the entire complex. He takes notes on repairs to any broken or damaged areas. He checks for any exposed electrical wires. He observes the children playing safely in the park, on the playgrounds, and on the sports fields. He chats with the children like a friend. The trees, flowers, and insects are like his own children. The birds and other animals in the park are friendly. He even parks his car on the street to leave room for families visiting. While greeting my child while he was playing, I had the opportunity to get to know him. Frankly, I believe the cleanliness and well-maintained nature of Türkiye's largest cultural complex is due to the administrative manager and staff's love for the people. Inside the complex: There's a bowling alley, an electronic game room, a movie theater, semi-Olympic swimming pools (separate for men and women) and fitness centers, two Turkish baths, four saunas, study classrooms, a center for the disabled, and a library. The outdoor area includes an amphitheater, a football field, tennis courts, a basketball court, children's playgrounds, recreational areas, ornamental pools, walking paths, and green spaces. Use of the complex is based on an annual membership system. Children are free. The Grand President has issued a directive that the annual membership fee for the complex will not exceed one day's wages for a minimum-wage worker. As citizens, we can easily forget that every single piece of green space, from the bench we sit on to the labor, the service we provide, and the toys we use, is public property. Frankly, we are a nation just learning the rules and uses of such cultural spaces. I recommend you visit and participate in their activities."

"Its location makes it reminiscent of a small oasis. It boasts a relaxing, tree-themed landscape, especially in autumn and spring. I'd like to remind you that there's an open parking lot overlooking the Sanatorium Hospital. There are outdoor basketball, skating, and tennis courts, an artificial turf pitch, and two children's playgrounds with a track for those who enjoy walking. In good weather, it's a great place to enjoy breakfast or dinner surrounded by nature without a fire. I believe it would be even better if the Metropolitan Municipality were to fix the surface defects on the exterior walls, repair the stair steps, replace the ground in the walking area, renovate the grass, and, of course, do a general cleaning."
