"I have been going to the Green Oaks location for years. I’ve never had a complaint until now. I have been on a particular medication that is cosmetic in nature. My prescriptions came with at least three refills. Now my prescriptions come with zero refills. I called to get a refill, and the “nurse“ who is really an MA tells me I have to come in. That’s a $35 co-pay to get a new prescription with zero refills. This has been ongoing. So no more medication. Now onto the lab work. I visited the doctor a week ago and got lab work done. I neglected to ask for the hormonal panel. So I called to request it. I was advised by the lady who answered the phone that I would need to come in, but she will pass my message onto the “Nurse.” Needless to say this MA never called me back. I called again two days later and still no response, no callbacks. I assume that a $35 co-pay is necessary for me to come and get blood work done. Mind you I was just in there a week earlier. This business is no longer in healthcare, but a money grabbing scam. Fortunately, my OB/GYN sent paperwork to LabCorp, so I’ll be going there to get my blood work done with zero co-pay. I am so done with this so-called family health BUSINESS."
"This place is a scam. The billing team is a joke. I went there 3 years in a row for annual physical and every time they find a way to charge even when I explicitly tell them not to perform any test that insurance does not cover as part of the annual physical. I’m beyond sick of this place and I have no energy left to describe their malpractices. I want to call out that once they took my Pap smear and did NOT send to lab for test. Next year when I went they said I have to test again. When I said it was done last year, they realize that they missed sending it to lab (thanks to the note doc added during my visit). This was in 2023/2024. I hope I never have to visit this place again. Such reckless and cruel people."
"The office Manager, Effie and Lily are never available whenever you ask for them. They’re always not available and they have no idea about Brianna walking all over the Office gabbing with everyone. She’s so loud when she’s at the front desk that you can literally hear her downstairs. I absolutely love Dr. Hall his medical assistant. I’m not very fond of Dr. Yao. I absolutely love him and his assistant Kim Webber is fantastic detailed and very thorough."
"**small edit with slightly more details on what I assume they are charging me extra for. Still not able to get their own staff to speak with the doctor. The same as what others reported. It is going downhill. I do not know if it is because catalyst bought them. If you go for a visit, do not answer any Doctors questions. I went for a general physical. The Doctor asked if I had any health concerns. I answered with basically 4 sentences between the two of us on an issue they already had documented. No treatment, lab, or diagnostics, a 30 sec reply acknowledging an already reported issue still existed.. Big mistake. They cannot agree on how they are making things up. I either have an additional charge for a lab visit I did not ask for or, answering the question was outside of the physical's scope. In either case, because what they are doing is not massively expensive, it is hard to justify legal expenses. I see many reviews with the same complaint. Upcharges/incorrect charges and staff not assisting in fixing it. so you will for sure get a bigger bill and it will be impossible to get it fixed due to the admin team. They will likely be relying on new people coming in to scam as the original people leave after getting the extra charge. The doctor is either in on what they are doing or the billing and scheduling department is purposely not contacting them. I contacted multiple departments over several months trying to get them to talk with the doctor to confirm this billing is correct. They will say they will do it. They never came back with a reply from the Doctor. Only that the paper work and medical notes says the bill is valid."
"This office is a complete scam. I had a physical with Dr. Kay Min in September 2025 and they are trying to double charge for a physical AND an office visit because something occurred during the appointment that’s outside the scope of what’s covered for a physical. However, the doctor never told me what’s included in my physical and what’s not. I was told I don’t owe anything since my physical is covered fully by my insurance but they sent me a bill weeks later. I called the billing department multiple times to dispute and they have been useless. Someone from the office called me and said they’d find a way to dispute the charges, but they never did. It’s been months and they’re still contacting me to pay the copay for my “office” visit. Literal scam and robbery. Don’t go to this office."
