"After being told by the sales/maketing department that they could fix the problems with our Google Ads account, we signed up for a six month service plan. However instead of fixing our existing campaigns they started from scratch with simple campaigns that were not optimized (limited keywords, no photos, e.g.). The result was that Clicks, Impressions, and Conversions were all REDUCED by about 80%! Management was not responsive to my emails and did not respond to a request for remediation or refund, so we cancelled their service. I would not recommend them for anyone that has an existing Google Ads account. Maybe they could be helpful if you were starting from scratch."

"Very poor, shady company. You don't own your website, they do. It's built with proprietary software that they do not allow you to take when you leave. You are held hostage as their customer, and that is not how the Internet is supposed to work. Use any other company."
