While was waiting still had faith actually placed another order 2 days afterwards took them 5 days to dispatch! "Absolutely disgraceful. I bought a €280 jacket and paid for express delivery to receive it on a specific day. Columbia confirmed the package had been shipped, UPS confirmed it was on the way… and in the end no one knows where the package actually is. UPS Ireland told me it was in France. UPS France told me the package does not exist because Columbia never sent it. Columbia told me it was sent and that it was UPS’s fault. UPS told me no, that the problem is Columbia not sending the package. And Columbia finally said they would “report it to another department.” An absolute disaster, a huge waste of time, and a complete lack of professionalism from both companies. For a brand like Columbia, this is unacceptable. You cannot pay nearly €300 for a product and end up making international phone calls because no one wants to take responsibility."
