"Please be cautious when dealing with these people. They are primarily marketing agents and do not have a proper understanding of the actual construction process or on-site issues. The property prices are inconsistent and often increased without justification, they seem to decide their own rates on a daily basis. Many of the claims made during the booking process, such as “corner plot,” “free backside space,” or “premium unit,” are misleading or false. The agreement provided is just a generic template and is not tailored to the specific property you're buying, which can lead to major issues later. Once the booking is done, you are left to deal with a completely different person or the vendor who is not bound by the promises made during the sale and often proceeds in their own way. This disconnect creates a lot of confusion and struggle for the buyer. Essentially, the people selling the property are not the ones responsible for building it, and the final outcome rarely matches what was promised. It is strongly advised to book an apartment or villa directly with a builder or vendor who handles both marketing and construction, so there is clear accountability and less risk of miscommunication or false promises."
