"The worst money grabbing company ever! Don't expect any service or empathy under exceptional circumstances from this company. Not even after being a customer for many years. The first line of customer service is not too bad, but as soon as you get to the (technical managers) it all changes! We have 8000 customers so we cannot make any exceptions! Who says that to a customer? The CEO of Channable said in an article that you should not let technical people do customer service and he is right. A real shame he didn't follow through on it! Oh well, we paid all the extras that we did not use and now they have 7999 customers left. Plenty of great competitors out there that do the same for a lot less. Have a look at Multifeed or Symprosis for instance."
"I’ve been using Channable for a while now, and I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service. I’ve been waiting for a solution to an Amazon API setup issue for months, with no resolution in sight. Their support is incredibly slow—sometimes it takes 3-4 days to get a response to my emails, and even then, the replies are often unhelpful or don't address the problem. The overall experience has been frustrating, with constant issues related to API setups and no sense of urgency from their team. It’s also clear that Channable is more focused on promoting new tools like advertising, rather than supporting their existing customers. It feels like they’re prioritizing spending money on ads instead of improving their service for current users. I expected much better support for a platform of this size, and it’s become evident that they don’t truly care about their existing customers. Serious improvements in customer service are needed if they want to retain clients. Answer for Channable: I must clarify that I have been a client for over five years, and I have never received a reply within a working day. The delay I experienced is not an exception but rather the norm in my experience. I appreciate that you acknowledge the issue, and I hope to see real improvements in response times moving forward."
"BIG BIG BIG BIG JOKE When I was last week in conference I saw maybee between 8 or 10 girls talking about last week. When you ask them for support for marketplaces THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. They rather want you to watch a page with al the help questions, but in reality the problems are not for my side but theirs it is a bug. I don't understand from Robert why he never answer the phone. As a company you want to grow and become bigger this company prefer their to have a more time with their colleagues and talk about last week what they did, FOR ME ROBERT SHOULD BE FIRED BECAUSE THE WORK HE DELIVERS IS A JOKE. As a supervisor people should work, for him is more important his emloyee's people have a nice time, don't have your customers, great job."
