"The website says to call to arrange a visit. I called. The lady said that everything is busy today and said to come tomorrow from 4:00 PM. The next day at 3:50 PM I am at the station, but it is closed and there is a leaflet on the door saying “due to an air raid alert we were forced to close”. Air raid alert? There was no such information from any official sources. I dialed the phone number indicated on the same leaflet. They replied that they closed earlier due to technical issues (from 4:00 PM, although I was there by 4:00 PM and everything was already tightly closed). An unpleasant experience. At such moments you realize that it is easier to buy a test yourself at a pharmacy or take tests at a laboratory, rather than depending on the mood of the organizers of this station."
"Very nice, polite people work there, they ask questions tactfully, communicate with respect. While the test is being prepared, they give a short lecture about HIV and hepatitis. It's good that there is such an institution. The test is done carefully, it doesn't hurt, and it's all free."
