"We had a great experience staying here! Perfect spot downtown, the room was good and breakfast in the morning was busy ( due to a teen hockey tournament and their families) but quick and efficient. Everything was kept clean and the staff was extremely friendly! An employee rode with us in the elevator and overheard it was my sons birthday and sang him happy birthday and it made his entire month! We also enjoyed the pool while we were there! We had a great visit and will be staying again if we are ever in town"
"Room is fine, but dated. Service and amenities are -5 stars. I really judge how well a hotel operates based on upkeep, and exercise rooms, both are tremendously below standard for a business class hotel. Three treadmills, all three were broken. That indicates the staff, facility, etc., don't care. Location is fine, getting to the valet if you have not been here before is painful as Google and Apple take you to tve wrong side of tbe building. Overall, very poor experience. Definitely do not recommend and I won't stay here again...may not stay at an Embassy Suites again due to how poor this experience was."
"We had an amazing experience. The room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help. The food was excellent, with a great variety and everything tasting fresh. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back."
"The hospitality of the staff and a little better focus on cleaning would make this property better. The franchise owner seems to have all staff focused on profits. No pleasentries. Just get them in, verify their payment, get them out. i recommend that anyone staying at this hotel not pay the $45 valet parking because they use the $20 parking garage located in front of the hotel where you can simply park yourself. it was very predatory of them not to alert me that I can park myself in the same garage. That they're charging me more than double the cost of parking in that garage plus tipping the parkers is shameful. there is also a public popping garage, less than a block down the street that only charges $8 per day. see photo of public parking garage with the embassy in the background."
"Great location and room size. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Options were lean with 45 min before it was over and the lone omlete chef could not keep up with the line of people."
