"My friend sent you a piece of work on time, and you were able to complete it all, but unfortunately, this turned out to be a disaster. To give readers/visitors an idea, I'll list a few points from our experience. - You received the work via WeTransfer, and my friend was informed that it was in production. Unfortunately, they then asked for the WeTransfer link, which was already offline. Why did you still need this file if it was already downloaded and in production? - After some email communication, my friend was informed that the designers were not present, meaning a corner could not be rounded. This meant the work would arrive late at the agreed-upon address, with an additional cost of €250 to Amsterdam by courier. This work has to be sent to Belgium, just to give you an idea of ​​the price. My friend asked to be kept informed that she would like to receive the book by June 10th at the latest, but that no additional cost would be added, as this was not included in the agreed-upon price. Yesterday she received an email saying the book was finished and would be shipped today (really last minute, since her jury is the day after tomorrow). Today, June 11th, she suddenly received another email saying the book couldn't be shipped after all because there was a problem with a machine. These are companies that shouldn't exist; you've been stringing her along from day one. Even one star is too much for such practices. Let this be a lesson to everyone, especially when you're facing deadlines and a jury where you might end up empty-handed!"
