"Im mad enough for 1 star but am leaving 3 since the employees are just doing there job. This is a brutual franchise model. They accept so many non profitable packages and have so many customers on a daily basis, the employees are mentally cooked. I first called the store and it sent me to an international call center that got me no where. I decided to just drive up there. I mentioned the call center and he said I was to hit 9. Which was not presented as an option. They quoted $146 shipping including 2 newboxes, another $10 for insurcnace incase THEY lose it. I was able to use just one box with ease and used a 3rd party shipping company and printed for $27. When asked for a little tape, he pointed to the wall and said $4. On my way to office max for tape over principle , I see rolls of tape on a desk in the lobby. Again...just a brutual business model for owner and employees. I wish them luck. They put up with alot and probably make pennies per transcation. Parking lot is always full and tight. Some how Fedex Office print and ship down the street has it better figured out."

They're ALL so sweet and attentive and on top of the details. For the life of me I can't remember the name of the girl who helped me but she was lovely. I was there on Sunday, 1.18.26 and shipped a package to Brooklyn."

"A VERY POPULAR well maintained shop for me to ship out all my packages & Amazon returns and even pick up mail like I do in one of their affordable PO Boxes. And if I need copies, a fax, or other services they've got those too. The staff are super friendly and professional - it's obvious the place is under great management. And when there's a wait it's usually a short one."
