"The residential complex "Familia" can be an attractive option for those looking for housing with a modern design and a convenient location. However, potential buyers should carefully familiarize themselves with all aspects: the sound permeability is so high that even ordinary conversations of neighbors can be heard; some apartments have crooked walls with deviations of up to 50 cm, cracks after operation and problems with heating; there have been cases of basement flooding, roof leaks, elevator breakdowns; some sections were completed a year late, and residents were denied access to apartments for repairs; surface parking does not meet the needs of residents, which leads to chaotic parking in the yard, there is no underground parking; a narrow, parked yard makes it difficult for special equipment to pass and creates problems for pedestrians; proximity to the runway of Lviv Airport leads to constant noise, which is uncomfortable for residents; The houses are located very close to each other, which limits access to natural light and ventilation.
