Then there is no support and when they do get in touch they make fun of you. Within 10 days I received 2 emails from them asking "Hello, what's your problem? Even though I had already reported it in several emails. Basically you write to support, they reply after a week asking you what the problem is, you reply immediately but they don't get back to you for a week. After a week they write back to ask you again what the problem is. Not to mention their platform, which is full of bugs and has constant inefficiencies. Don't rely on them."
