"UPDATE 11/18/2025 - WISH I NEVER GOT EXAM HERE!!! I CALLED IN REQUESTING MY CONTACT LENS PRESCRIPTION AND THE EMPLOYEE BRENDA KEPT TRYING TO PRESSURE ME TO ORDER WITH THEM INSTEAD. I TOLD HER I WANTED MY PRESCRIPTION TO ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SHE KEPT GIVING ME PUSH BACK. TODAY IS TUESDAY AND I NEEDED TO ORDER CONTACTS ASAP AND SHE TOLD ME I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE DOCTOR IS IN OFFICE FRIDAY TO GET MY PRESCRIPTION. SHE SAID SHE COULDNT TELL ME OVER THE PHONE NOR EMAIL IT TO ME. I ASKED FOR MANAGER AND SHE SAID THERE IS NO MANAGER OF TARGET AT THE STORE UNTIL TOMORROW. LITERALLY THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD AT A OPTICAL PLACE SMH. Dr Price was super friendly, nice and informative. The employees however, need customer service training. They are not friendly and don’t bother to speak unless you speak Spanish. I noticed how talkative they are when speaking with Spanish customers but barely want to look at me or talk to me because Im black. The guy told me to put my chin and forehead on the machine without wiping it clean in front of me so I asked him may I have a wipe to clean it and he sarcastically laughed and said” we are very clean here.” And then wipes it in front of me. And he did it like it bothered him. The body language and facial expression told it all. Ummmm ok. Then he didn’t bother to ask if I was comfortable doing the test, the seat was super low and I’m 6’3 so I had to hunch my back the whole time to complete the first part of the exam. Then they speak Spanish with each other quietly as if they are talking about me like how rude is that?! They didn’t bother to speak to me or explain anything to me. All they did was tell me to pay and didn’t even let me know I still had to stay for another part of the exam. They didn’t explain that I had a choice for contact or glasses or both, just charged me for both when I just needed contact lens exam. That’s how much they didn’t want to speak. Maybe it’s because they don’t feel confident speaking English but this is not fair for customers who don’t speak Spanish while we are in an English speaking country. First and last time coming here."
"I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the restrooms at this Target location. They were absolutely disgusting—filthy floors, overflowing trash cans, and a horrible smell. It looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in hours, if not all day. This was by far the worst restroom experience I’ve ever had at any store. Target really needs to step up their cleaning standards and maintain basic hygiene for customers"
"I am writing to file a complaint regarding an experience I had with two employees working in the dressing room area at your Target location. I approached them politely to ask for help finding an item and also asked if they could call someone who might be able to assist me. Both employees pretended to help o and barely even tried. Instead, they responded with sarcasm and an unprofessional attitude. After I walked away, I could clearly hear them making slick remarks and speaking negatively about me, assuming I had already left the area. This made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. I did nothing but ask for help, and the way I was treated was unnecessary and disappointing. I expect better customer service from Target, and I hope this situation is addressed so other customers do not have a similar experience."
"I bought something through insta cart last weekend that was not to my liking. I went to return within the hour of me getting it. They did not want to returned it, exchange or give me credit for it even tho I had a physical receipt for it. A lady that is the supervisor was unwilling to go out of her way to help me. At the end another lady gave me a store credit. I am not one to shop at Target as I buy everything through Amazon but I was in need of a gaming headset the same day. I am reminded of why I like shopping online. BTW this store only offers cheap quality headsets and only for console. I purchased a second one that said pc but quality was awful. I mean kept the second. But stay away from buying gaming headsets here."
