"I took my computer to be fixed there. The good: my laptop is fixed. The bad: They didn't send my computer to their shop for 1 week, so it just sat there while I needed to have it back ASAP. Then, they said it would take 1 week to fix. 1 week later, it wasn't fixed. They said they needed 1 more week. Fine, 1 week later, they said they needed 3 more days due to a holiday. Fine, 3 days later, they finally gave it back to me. HOWEVER, after opening it the next day, I discovered 7 of my screws were missing and my laptop cover cracked open when I opened it. I asked for the screws back and they want to charge me for sending them to my location. Their mistake at my expense. If you want your laptop fixed, a you're not in a hurry, try this place. But if you need it fixed promptly, pass. My entire green card paperwork process was messed up because they gave my laptop back after the deadline. All of it was saved on this laptop exclusively, so I have to start over now thanks to them. And now I have to pay lalamove or go in because they don't want to pay for their mistake (around 10Rm) Even after I paid almost 1k for their services. Again, I'm grateful for their fixing my laptop but their customer service is atrocious."
