"Not unfriendly people, but very stubborn in their thinking. Despite my constant insistence that I wanted it focused on my product, they simply ran through their standard spiel without adapting it to mine. Little out-of-the-box thinking, instead of actively working to ensure the ads convey what your company stands for. A company in the same region with a completely different product had the exact same image and text. It was just copy-and-paste for all the companies, completely lacking professionalism. This resulted in some leads not engaging with your product, and the majority of leads not answering the phone. A waste of money."
"We initially started working with Clickables with great enthusiasm. They're incredibly nice people, and we received a fantastic proposal. Initially, we felt they were truly helping us, and it seemed like a great partnership that would also help our business grow. Unfortunately, things didn't go our way. Several clear agreements were broken. For example, the campaign launched too late, the agreed-upon content wasn't shared, and it wasn't clear what exactly was being advertised. Of the two locations we had set up, one delivered far below par: the advertising costs there were many times higher than the revenue. It turned out that the data was being double-counted from the start, making it appear better than actual. Furthermore, our Google account was assigned to Clickables without consultation, even though it had been clearly agreed beforehand that this wouldn't happen. This is truly unacceptable to us. Furthermore, we were billed for twelve months, even though we only used the services for a few months. It was impossible to make a clear agreement about this afterward. What surprised us most was that additional campaigns, such as recruitment, were billed separately, even though they initially seemed to be part of the total package. We even had to open multiple accounts, which didn't make sense for us as a single company. Finally, the collaboration ended with debt collection proceedings, even though there was considerable room for discussion about the performance and agreements. This was very disappointing for us. In short: great people, a good explanation beforehand, but unfortunately, for us, an experience that didn't deliver what was promised. Pay close attention to who owns your accounts and clearly document agreements. It turns out that the keywords only consisted of our own brand name. So, no additional customers, but a high return on paper."
