"A quiet condominium society with good clean campus. The building itself is old and needs an overhaul and revamping on the externals. Inside, the flats are good and spacious. The views and ambience of every flat is fair. But natural light is a big problem. Common pathways, parkings, lobbies, need electric / battery lighting to keep it well lit or else it becomes too dark even if it is at mid-day. Property prices are low because of the old construction and due to condominium management."
"I have been visiting this society for close to 20 yrs to visit my friends and can give an outsider perspective. This is definitely one of the spacious societies I have been to in Pune. The society is secure and guarded by professional security agencies. At the center of the society is the cl7b house and a good swimming pool. The children's play area and the lawn are also done well. There is a walking track around the lawn which is used regularly by society residents. There is a video cam security check at the entrance of each building and you are able to get in only if your hosts let's you in after checking the caller on video. The only thing lacking is a market in immediate vicinity of the society but that may not remain so for long."
"This is a residential society and the builder is Karia , one of the reputed companies in Pune. He has successfully finished many good projects in the city of Pune. The apartments have big bed and living rooms. The society is fated one with a good security and the property is worth living with all the facilities. It comes under PMC and no water tanker dependency as water lines of PMC are in place."
