"Friday I was at the location to get fingerprints done for my Real Estate License. The lady that claims she owns this location was EXTREMELY rude! I realized that I did not have the correct identification and was trying to talk to the associate when she came over and started to talk loudly and condescending! I’m from Alabama and here visiting family, my sister was in ICU at UF Health and this was the last thing I needed. I was physically shaken after the encounter with the Owner! The OWNER would not even direct me to a contact Number to get a refund. She stated “it’s not our fault you don’t have the appropriate ID”! I called field prints to reschedule and to let them know the kind of people represented them. Needless to say I will take care of my fingerprinting needs elsewhere and recommend that you do your research before shopping at the location!"
