Cloud beds has provided at zero tech-support, and their customer service has been nonexistent. I guess it’s time to look for another STR software package after over five years of using cloud beds. "I wish I could give a higher review but this software gives me nothing but trouble. They don’t have a customer service line to call they only allow you to email and then for some reason they haven’t been charging my card that is on autopay and now I can’t get logged in. They haven’t never reached out to me for payment and now I can’t even help my customers. What a sad way to treat your clients, just communicate or better yet charge me when you’re supposed to. Would not recommend."
