"Got approached on LinkedIn by one of their "Business development reps" and within a minute from when I accepted her request to join my network, I had her sales pitch with their "solution" right away. These types of spam schemes with "connect and start your sale pitch" needs to stop. Could actually have found it of interest if the approach was different, but I couldn't care less with this type of approach to potential clients."
"I set up an ad campaign for my small business through Cobiro on a trial basis. But we did not see good results (in fact, our traffic decreased). So I requested that Cobiro cancel our subscription. The Cobiro agent told me that if I cancelled our subscription, the Google campaign would also be deleted, which was exactly what I wanted. But even though the person from Cobiro told me that it had been cancelled, two months later I noticed that our company credit card had been charged five additional times (for a total of $2,500) after the date on which we had requested Cobiro to cancel our campaign. This is where my experience with Cobiro got even more frustrating. My Google account statements showed that Cobiro had been active on the account during the two months after cancellation. And after discussing the issue with someone at Google, Google confirmed that two Cobiro ad campaigns had continued to run for two months after I had requested Cobiro to stop the campaign and cancel my subscription. I provided the Cobiro agent with documentation showing this, but the agent ignored it. Instead, the agent maintained that he had stopped the campaign. I repeatedly asked him to show me proof that he had done so, but he ignored that request. Instead, he shared a screen shot taken from my company's google ad account activity page, which, according to him, showed that we had re-started the ad campaign. I pointed out that the dates were wrong (for example, the date that we allegedly re-started the campaign was almost a month later and the activity description on that item said the campaign was momentarily paused (so the opposite of what he said)). I pointed this out and he changed his story and pointed to a different date (a date five days before we had requested cancellation (which only showed that someone had temporarily paused the account)). I again pointed out that this did not show what he said it did, that he had not explained why Google would have told me that the account had been running for two months, and that he had not provided me with any documentation showing that he had actually ever cancelled the campaign. I asked to speak with his supervisor or manager on multiple occasions, but he ignored me. After my last request, he didn't respond to my email. It seems like this agent screwed up, was embarrassed, and tried to cover his tracks by throwing nonsense at me. UPDATE: After a few weeks, a manager from Cobiro got in contact with me. He admitted that my Cobiro account manager had messed up and failed to spot a "glitch" that restarted our ad campaign. As a result, Cobiro reimbursed me for about $900 (or about 1/3 of the charges that accrued after Cobiro failed to cancel). After reimbursing me, Cobiro reached out and asked me to delete or edit this Google review. I declined and explained that the entire experience with Cobiro had been very frustrating and Cobiro had not reimbursed me for the entire cost of its mistake. Cobiro disagreed. Although it admitted that a Cobiro ad campaign continued to run after we requested cancellation, it insisted that that had been the fault of someone at my company. After investigating the matter with Google and within my company, I confirmed that no one at my company had been responsible for restarting a Cobiro ad campaign. And Google confirmed that the Cobiro campaigns had continued to accrue charges. I reported this to Cobiro but they refused to reimburse me for the full amount (In fact, I offered to delete this post in exchange for an additional $500 (Because Google reported that there were actually 3 ad campaigns running during the time. Two were labeled "Cobiro" accounts and one wasn't labeled. Although no one at my company remembers initiating the unlabeled account, we couldn't be sure that Cobiro was responsible for that one)). Cobiro refused to take accountability for the other expenses that were incurred. So in summary, after four frustrating months, Cobiro agreed to reimburse me for only about 1/3 of the amount its mistake cost my company."
"One of the best support team I have ever worked. Also, the idea behind app is for people who do not have time or interest (like me) to set up complicated campaigns."
"way easier to manage our ads on google and facebook. And the site builder tool they have, is really nice."
"Best website builder I have ever tried. I had a professionally looking website up and running in no time."
