At our second appointment, Dr. Belkin again demonstrated a lack of warmth and empathy—crucial when dealing with stressed babies and parents. Her tone when answering questions was noticeably harsh. A doctor who works with babies should show more patience and treat families with empathy and respect. We hope the clinic takes feedback like this seriously—every family deserves kind and professional care, regardless of their background."

"I visited Anneli Belkin for persistent back pain that has been affecting my ability to work. Additionally, I mentioned a noticeable imbalance in my shoulders when walking, which made me suspect scoliosis. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. Without conducting any proper examination or testing, she quickly dismissed my concerns, insisting that my shoulder imbalance was "normal" and recommending 1–2 simple exercises. She even suggested I should just "fix" my shoulder posture when walking. When I insisted on further assessment, she briefly touched my back through my clothes and declared that "all is fine." Another detail that stood out was being asked to remove my shoes before entering the room, only to see the therapist wearing slipper-style shoes herself. This felt unprofessional and disrespectful to clients. She advised me to continue these exercises for several months, even if the pain persisted. This approach felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially since no effort was made to properly investigate the root cause of my issues. This is not the quality of care we should expect, especially given the taxes we pay for such services. I do not recommend this physiotherapist and hope others receive more thorough and empathetic care."
