"First and Last Time. Employees Zero Rating. Service Zero Rating. I arrived, placed my order, and was told that to get what I wanted, I needed to download the app, which is free. The staff looked at me with an ignorant, rude expression. They didn't ask if I needed help or explain anything about the app. So, I downloaded the app. I went back, placed my order again, and they ignored me and didn't want to understand. There were three girls who behaved like children with their laughter and discriminatory looks. English is not my first language, but I have never had any problems placing an order before. When I placed another order that cost £1.50, they tried to charge me £2.62. They apologized and said it was a mistake. In summary, I used the app to get a free drink and then deleted my account. If I could give less than zero stars for the service, I would. The cakes and drink were good. The drink was free, but I still paid £11 for the rest. Will I return? No. Do I recommend it? Products yes, service zero. I am a local but will not be returning. Thank you very much."
"The Mocha's are awesome but what makes this coffee shop superb is the team, in this particular branch. The past 3 days I have been visiting this coffee shop and the staff have been fantastic, even when it was super hot and busy will make, they made the effort to genuinely greet me and make me feel welcome. I am a coffee addict, and let's just say, this is my new Costa. Only feedback I would suggest is maybe provide the stuff with a industrial fan to keep them cool, it was very hot waiting for my drink to be made, and they must be hotter with the steam. It's really nice and icey chilled in the seating areas."
