"Would give 0 stars if I could. Package was STOLEN from this location. Dropped it off and it was never scanned on the truck. Contacted the corporate UPS, and this location. Neither would help since the label was through Mercari, who also said I needed to contact UPS. Owner was probably in on it since they told me that they personally check the store for leftover packages. DO NOT TRUST this location with high value dropoffs."
"I have a PO BOX at this location. They have been great handling packages that arrive and the mail as well. I recommend them if your in need of a PO BOX and as a place that can sign for packages."
"8:02 PM ** I originally posted this review around 12:30 PM today and got a lie filled response from the owner based on information Shya relayed to the owner, which has since been deleted along with my original post. My 1:21 PM response is to the lie filled response from the owner. I am wondering why my post and the owners response has been deleted when I have offered to discuss this in person...? I called to resolve this, the "manager" was of no assistance, you, the "owner" took the lies as truth, libeled me here and then deleted your response. Lawsuit??? OWNER: YOU HAVE MY NAME AND NUMBER, CALL ME! Had a terrible experience at the Hooksett Rd location today-if I could give zero stars I would! The associate who waited on me was rude, told me the package needed to be ripped open, as they were ripping it open then proceeded to tell me it was a "happy return" and done wrong. When I asked if they could seal the inside merchandise up, I was ignored. I asked again and was given a receipt, so I asked again-meanwhile a co worker witnessed the whole thing and said nothing. I decided to call the store and actually got the co-worker. I asked for the manager and she said she was so I asked her name and she said SHYA. Now I know I spelled this wrong, but when I asked her for the spelling, she said she wasn't going to give it to me. I asked her to tell me her take on the encounter and she offered an excuse as to why it happened but didn't answer my question. I asked for the store owners name and she told me she couldn't give me that, I asked when the store owner would be in the store and she said she couldn't give me that. Wow. So instead of trying to handle this face to face, I am forced to handle it over social media. Its a convenient service but as other reviewers have stated, pay attention to the people you hire and teach good customer service. ***** 1:37 PM- More than happy to talk with you! I would prefer to do it face to face at your store. I wanted to do that today. You did NOT get the correct story from your manager. I am sure your phone calls are recorded? If so, maybe go back and listen to it to see what was actually said on that call? I did NOT verbally abuse ANYONE at the store OR on the phone. Incidentally, the other customer at the store when this happened walked out just before me and commented on the situation as well as we walked to our cars. Funny how the story was spun when it was communicated to you. Let me know when you would like to meet at the store."
"Rude, lazy, arrogant staff. I have a mailbox there; I got a few packages. When I asked to toss some cardboard boxes into the recycling bin, the large woman said, " I have to pay for the dumpster, no." ... umm sweetheart, it's a business expense & tax write-off, and part of your customer service as a yearly paying customer. It should have been, "Sure, no problem," ... Everyone in this location has an attitude problem. Most staff look like they are paid poorly; they always look like they shop at thrift stores and forget to wash their clothes."
"Poor customer service. Went in to do a quick print job and was told I wouldn’t be able to use my usb stick. I convinced them to let me try anyway and had to figure out the printer on my own. No total counter was provided, and I was snapped at by the service person for not knowing. I patiently calculated the total to the consternation of the clerk. In fact, another gentleman asked for help while I was adding up my total. He was harshly rebuked that he would have to wait. I informed the clerk that I would still be a while and that the man at the printer should be seen before me. In short, impatient staff, not very knowledgeable, and unfriendly. I’ll find a better option next time."
