"I’ve been in the Cinc platform for about a year and at one point I thought about quitting. I decided to attend a Cinc university in Phoenix, which completely changed everything. The platform, and the CRM, is so complicated that I didn’t even realize a lot of the things that it was capable of doing. This is one of the problems with very powerful CRM‘s, they are also difficult to figure out. I need to be able to be there in person with people who could show me as I needed help and the Cinc university was perfect for this. In fact, it was so good that I went back two months later for a second one. The Cinc universities are three full days of in person instruction. I know they offer them in Atlanta, Phoenix, Dallas, and Florida. There may be other places too, but I’m not sure. Their headquarters is in Atlanta so going to the one there was great because we got to see their office and meet the CEO and all of the workers behind the scenes. This makes it much more personal. The Phoenix one was also really good, and the one in Phoenix had incredible food and a snack shack that was fully stocked with really good food and was available to us anytime we needed it for three days. I would recommend Cinc And encourage anybody that signs up to go to a Cinc university within the first two or three months. I wasted a lot of leads in the first several months because I didn’t understand exactly how to use the platform. I’m getting to make contact in person with people definitely changes the way you interact with them. Their customer support is excellent, I just did not avail myself of it enough in the beginning. And if you do go to Cincu, it’s better to miss part of the first day than the last. Everything culminates in the last hour of the third day where everybody calls the leads in their systems using the things that they’ve learned. This is the whole point of going here, I have no idea why people leave early!"

Yes, the features are amazing, the leads are solid, and the entire team of people behind the scenes at CINC are proactive in making sure their agents are capitalizing and learning the systems and processes. "I've had this product for many months now with nothing but crap leads and no closes what so ever. I was promised that this product would work and all my leads would be vetted, and that is far from the case. I had originally asked for just the CRM and was told it would be the same price worth the leads. That is also not the case from what I've found out recently. I've asked for a refund and have been denied. These people are crooks and promise empty dreams. They lie and manipulate. Stay as far away from this program as possible!! There are much better leads resources out there!!! Thanks for your reply, but let’s clear up a few things. I didn’t receive what was promised — plain and simple. The “platform access” and “support” you mention weren’t effective or consistent with how the program was originally described. I reached out multiple times for help before ever mentioning a refund, and my concerns were brushed off. If the product truly delivered on its promises, I wouldn’t be here leaving this review. Saying my account was locked “due to non-payment” is misleading — I stopped paying after realizing the program didn’t perform and that the promises made in the sales process didn’t match the reality. I stand by my experience and my review. I hope anyone reading this does their research and asks a lot of questions before signing anything."
