"RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! It’s been over a week with now refund! YOUR COMPANY PROFITS FROM SHARING MY INFORMATION! YOU ARE A DIRECT REFLECTION OF YOUR SHIPPER YOU USE! YOUR COMPANY SHOULD SCREEN YOUR SHIPPERS BETTER! I made the mistake of using this company to ship for me. One of their carriers tried the old bait and switch. The sent me a price of $550 for the shipment and wanted a $210 deposit. As soon as they got the deposit they raised the shipping to $950! No will not return my deposit after saying they would. Below is my email to Compare the Carrier over a week ago with now response! Can you please help me get my deposit of $200 back roadway Carriers bid to pick up my UT for $600 I gave him a deposit then after I gave a deposit they changed the price to $1000. They she said the driver would only do it for $950 I told them I’m not gonna pay the thousand dollars, she said the driver is not responding to her calls. They said they would refund my money and they still haven’t refund my money. I keep texting them and trying to call them and now they ignore my text messages and calls. Can you please help me take care of this so I don’t have to Leave bad reviews on your website and theirs. Thank you UPDATE!!! NEVER Contacted me back about refund compare. The carrier is 100% the reason this happened. You sold my information to a shipper that you should have control over instead of backing up the customer, you just wipe your hands clean and make a profit by selling my information. Compare the carrier obviously does not scrutinize what shippers are allowed to have your information it said you go in with the best intentions but get so many offers from shippers that change the price once they have your deposit shame on you compare the carrier!!!!"
