"I don't really know where to begin... The agency was supposed to set up e-commerce tracking for us. (We have a Shopify store.) After more than two weeks, it still wasn't set up. On the agency's recommendation, I then removed the marketing apps (Google/Facebook) (!!), because they said, "We're tracking via Google Tag Manager now." I'm very understanding, even if things don't always work perfectly right away, but ultimately, I just received an email saying it wasn't possible and that was it. Everything was reversed, but of course, the apps weren't properly reconfigured... So, for days, I couldn't collect any data and feel like I'm starting from scratch again."
