They took a picture of my ID card and then told me later that I couldn't process the transaction (I was helping my wife replace her physical SIM card in her new phone with a virtual SIM card). So why did they need my personal information in the first place? I even started to worry about the security of my ID card... The service was awful."

"Not a store to visit. They do a lot of false promises while giving the phone and internet. And later mention that previous employee has given wrong information. Store hours on the gate mentions 7 pm. It is not a Comcast owned store. Visit the Sunnyvale Xfinity store. Very pathetic experience here. But store is closed looks like at 6pm. Wrong information on display itself."
"I haven't gone into an Xfinity stores in ages, but I had good experience here. The store is conveniently located and reasonably staffed. Someone named David helped me, and he really took the time to understand what I wanted to do. Not only this, but I feel like he really took the time to try addressing my needs in as best a way as possible, including making sure I was getting the right price. Due to Xfinity corporate processes (and an abundance of caution), they processed what they could as far as possible, and then set me up to come back later to make sure I would get the best deal (once my old phone was received and graded). I really appreciate the care, time, and attention. Xfinity often gets a lot of bad reviews (some of which are likely valid), but there are definitely employees who care a lot and really try to help. It's also much easier to get to anger, and I think people don't share their good experiences often enough."
