"We are in the process of completing an upgrade from Magento 1 to Magento 2 with the company Salecto / Conversio. We had a visit from a very competent salesperson from the company at the beginning of July 2024, and therefore made a contract. Our cooperation has lagged behind our wishes, since Salecto/Conversio's BANKRUPTCY on August 15, 2024. In an email regarding bankruptcy from Anders Tjørnlund: "What does this mean for you as a customer? Basically, the only change is that you have to get used to a new logo and a new account number." But the matter would turn out to be very different on our website, the design was kept to a minimum, the support was kept to a minimum. The training was, to put it mildly, non-existent. When the website went live, Salecto Conversion unfortunately made a mistake for us, which meant that almost all the gold prices we had corrected on the live website, since the start of the project and until we go live, did not get through. These corrections have taken several days to find and correct. When we contacted Salecto Coversio we were simply told that the prices on the site were our own responsibility. We have also corrected them ourselves, we dare not leave that to Salecto Conversio. Now that the contract is approaching its end, we are of course writing to director Anders Tjørnlund again, since we are not a satisfied customer. Now director Anders Tjørnlund is seriously getting into character, in an email he writes "The seller has been terminated, as he has sold gold and green forests, which has then left customers very disappointed when reality hit. The seller was, on the other hand, a very skilled communicator who could sell fantastic dreams" How are we as a customer supposed to know that the seller does not represent the company and the company would not stand behind what was sold, but the Danish Sales Act §75-80 may have been repealed for Salecto Conversio. Unfortunately, we have lost trust in the company after the director's comment about his seller, as well as the rest of our experiences. So we just want to get our website back to our previous hoster, and to receive the codes for our site. How coincidental is it with Allan Gram experience see 14.oct.202"
