"I have been living at the Enclave Apartments for a few months now and everything has been running very smoothly. The community is well kept and quiet. I really love the Wi-Fi internet because I can walk anywhere in the community and still stay connected at all times. The office manager has been great with assisting me and helping with any questions or concerns I have. Overall, it has been a great experience living here so far."
"Our lease began 3 days ago. When we stopped by to get the keys around 3:00 on Friday, the office was closed. When we returned at 4:00, the maintenance staff were already gone, so we could not get the key to our outside storage closet. On Saturday, before we moved in the first box, we were greeted by three roaches in the hallway and a large (desert recluse or Arizona brown??) spider living in the disposal. I attempted to reach management, but the office was already closed to reopen on Monday. Everything runs off of apps, but not the same one. We need separate accounts and apps or websites to manage the home (thermostat/front door/lights), pay rent, and submit service requests. I finally got my service account invitation on Sunday and submitted a request for an exterminator to visit and verify that there are no spider egg sacks hiding in the disposal, but I will need to wait until tomorrow to find out their response. Other negatives: the tub took 30 minutes to drain when we tested it, the flooring has major gaps between the planks, whoever painted the walls left paint streaks everywhere. However, there are some positives: the office staff was very kind and helped us navigate the numerous apps, they offer short-term leases, and there is plenty of parking available. Fingers crossed that the bugs and tub will be addressed quickly."
"Strongly recommend to not rent here, their only saving grace is the quick response time of the maintenance team (who was always polite and did good work). On the first day that we moved in our AC was blowing 90 degree air into our apartment in May, we had no way of turning it off and were forced to sleep with it throughout the night. They also never changed our air filter, our stuff and all of the walls were completely covered in dust. They would always leave the clean air filters outside of our doors without changing them or even letting us know they were there. Twice a month our Smart House system jammed our door preventing us from locking or unlocking it. I made many requests to have it fixed, but it never worked properly for the 2 years we lived there. Every time I have gone into the office I have been treated like an annoyance and my phone calls have gone unanswered many times. When going through the menu I started clicking the option of being a new resident instead of a current resident and they usually answer right away. We found large sewer roaches inside of our unit as well as tiny cabinet beetles inside of our cat food (as soon as we moved away the beetles have not returned). Additionally I scheduled a move out inspection over the phone with Elizabeth Hernandez to take place on 7/10 at 2:15pm. We went to the inspection with maintenance who said we were good to go and we turned in our keys. A week later we receive an email with a list of charges, they conducted a second inspection without informing us or inviting us. I understand that some of the charges are reasonable however they are charging us over $600 to repaint the entire unit plus the cabinets. There were no holes in the wall and it does not state anywhere in our lease that we would be responsible for repainting after we moved out. I have tried negotiating, the apartment complex then sends us to their outsourced billing department who then sends us back to the apartment complex and neither one are willing to discuss the issues. We are stuck in a constant limbo and feel like we are being squeezed for every last penny they can get out of us."

The entire move-in process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the friendly and helpful staff—they went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for us. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The pricing is reasonable for the area. Parking is easy, and we love how quiet and peaceful the community is. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far—we’re excited to call this place home"
"They will try to scam you during the move-out. We requested a move out inspection which was scheduled by Elizabeth Hernandez at the front office and completed by Maintenance. The Inspector said there were no damages, but they scheduled a second secret inspection. Then we get slapped with a 1300$ cleaning bill. We were good tenants, always paid on time, no complaints. Lived there for 2 years, but none of that matters to these unethical corporations. Don't rent here."
