"As an individual who uses my Mac with patchy skills, I have been extremely pleased with the help I have received. I arrived at this overwhelmed by my lack of knowledge and poor organization within my Mac system. They were able to listen to what my problems were, or help me to even identify them, and break them down to tackle each one separately. They understood each question, ranging from minimal to significant. They had a clear method of outlining what should be tackled in each session with them, and what I could do on my own between sessions to sort it out. That was extremely helpful. My only advice is to be aware of the billing policies before starting. Though reasonable and fair, it was the lack of clarity that caused an issue for me. Once I addressed it, there was a thorough and clear explanation that revealed an initial lack of understanding."
